PW&Co acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Supreme Cores of the Carolinas, Inc. and its subsidiary Supreme Cores Alabama, Inc. (together “Company” or “Supreme Cores”) in their sale to JBA Capital (Columbus, GA).
Summary
The Company produces high quality, complex sand cores that are used by foundries to shape metal casting products, such as pipes, metal supports, and automotive parts. Its expertise and broad range of capabilities, which include manufacturing, assembly, finishing, and delivery, provide customers with flexibility and time-saving advantages in the marketplace. The Company operates two locations in Lancaster, SC and Alabaster, AL.
PW&Co’s investment banking team was led by Michael Stone.
PW&Co’s sell-side M&A services related to the asset sale were provided through its affiliate, Porter White Capital Advisors, Inc.
